These Terms and Conditions govern your use of koderner.com and the web design, development, digital marketing, hosting, and related services supplied by Koderner Nigeria. By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Website access
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but access may occasionally be limited for maintenance, security, updates, or reasons outside our control. Website content is provided for general information and does not form a quotation or contract until confirmed in writing.
2. Service proposals and scope
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment milestones, revisions, hosting, domains, third-party services, and support are defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Estimates shown on this website are indicative and may change after requirements are reviewed.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, content, approvals, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may affect delivery dates. Clients remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of materials supplied to us.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use this website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or disruptive activity. You must not attempt to compromise the website, distribute malware or spam, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to extract content without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
Unless an agreement states otherwise, Koderner Nigeria retains rights in its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, code libraries, and portfolio materials. Upon receipt of the agreed project fees, the client receives the rights to the final project deliverables specified in the proposal. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Communications and content
When you submit a project request, you consent to us contacting you about that request by email, phone, or other details you provide. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
7. Third-party services
Projects may use third-party hosting, payment, analytics, email, domain, or software services. Their availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, and performance are governed by their respective providers. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers.
8. Fees and changes
Fees and payment schedules are stated in the applicable proposal. Work may be paused where required payments are overdue. We may update these terms, services, and published prices from time to time; the version applicable to an accepted proposal remains governed by that proposal unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Koderner Nigeria is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including internet or infrastructure failures, provider outages, natural events, governmental action, industrial disputes, or security incidents.
